Kaleigh and Avery met when they were both 8 years old and Avery moved down the street from the Wallace family. They basically spent every day after school together hanging out at each other's houses. Avery has always been a part of the Wallace family!

Nick and Tyler have been friends since meeting on the school bus in grade school. They often plan hunting trips and enjoy wake-surfing during the summers. Tyler introduced Nick to deer hunting and gun safety and can be credited with Nick's love for the sport.

Kaleigh and Madison met on a roommate-matching website called Roomsurf in 2012 before their freshman year at UT. They answered a few questions about each other, decided to get together in person at summer orientation, and ultimately decided to be roommates at SRD. As luck would have it, they got along incredibly well and soon became best friends.

Nathan is Nick's middle brother, 2 years younger. They lived together through college and post-college in San Antonio and Austin. They are often found doing outdoor activities, whether it's shooting guns in Johnson City, planning fishing trips to the coast, or shucking oysters at restaurants in Austin.

Alison is Kaleigh's first cousin on her mom's side and was 8 when Kaleigh was born. The two have been like sisters ever since with Alison referring to Kaleigh as her "real life baby doll." They have been steadfast in each other's lives with Kaleigh moving into Alison's condo for a year until Alison met her now hubby, Joey!

Noah is Nick's youngest brother whom he used to be able to pick on growing up but Noah quickly surpassed Nick in size and strength. Noah has a deep knowledge of sports and often helps Nick plan out his fantasy football teams.

Ceci is Kaleigh's younger first cousin on her mom's side. Ceci has always been like a little sister to Kaleigh. It also helped that they grew up 5 minutes down the road from each other! Kaleigh babysat Ceci throughout the years and is now happy to lend a supportive ear while Ceci navigates college life.

Jackson is Kaleigh's younger brother. Kaleigh sometimes enlists his help to provide clothing style opinions for Nick. His knowledge of music is also unmatched.

Kaleigh and Katie met when they were just babies! Their moms (Julie and Dottie) have been best friends since high school. Katie is the youngest sister of Madison and Megan, Dottie's other daughters. Kaleigh and Katie were always like family but became closer in the past few years whenever Katie moved from East Texas to the Austin area.

Jake and Nick met in high school in the track and field friend group. They got closer through post-college when they realized they had a common interest in hitting the slopes, whether in Crested Butte or Salt Lake City. Jake is also Nick's technology and video game expert.

Kaleigh and Madison met when they were just babies! Madison is the middle sister of Megan and Katelyn, Dottie's other daughters. Kaleigh and Madison were always like family and close while growing up being the same age. They spent summers together hanging out in either East Texas or Austin doing back-to-school shopping.

Hayden and Nick met in middle school where they found friendship in football and had many common interests like duck hunting and playing Halo with friends. Hayden and Kaegen host Nick and Kaleigh in Salt Lake City every year to snowboard. Nick and Hayden also have a common interest in playing craps in Vegas.

Aika first met Nick during their UTSA days through the paintball team. Aika was the team "mom" and she and Nick became lifelong friends. Kaleigh and Aika met about 3 years ago when Kaleigh and Nick started dating and they immediately hit it off.

Christian is Nick's friend from college at UTSA where they met while playing for the school's paintball team. They remain close by taking coastal fishing and bird hunting trips.
